New Workshop Announcement!! 📣

We’re so excited to add this special presentation by @shannon.eberly on Perimenopause & Exercise to our summer lineup at Contrology Studio 🩷

✨✨✨

STRONG THROUGH PERIMENOPAUSE - What Every Woman needs to know about Exercise After 40

📆 Wednesday, July 29th from 5 - 6:30 PM

📍 @contrologystudio_louisville (in-person & virtual options)

With so much conflicting information about hormones, strength training, cardio, cortisol, and recovery, it can be hard to know what actually matters during perimenopause. In this informative and practical presentation, Personal Trainer & Exercise Physiologist Shannon Eberly will break down what’s happening inside the female body during this stage of life and explain how hormonal changes affect muscle, bone density, energy, recovery, and overall health.

You’ll learn why strength training is so important, how to build a realistic fitness routine that works for your lifestyle, and leave with evidence-based strategies you can start using immediately.

The presentation will conclude with an open Q&A session where attendees can ask questions and discuss their own experiences.

Registration for both in-person & online are now open through our website! Or download our app, and follow the events tab 📱

We can’t wait to learn with you 🤍
