I could never do what you do or be “that” person, she said to me. I don’t want to be salesy or pushy...
.
.Wait a minute, HOLD 🛑 UP. Ask yourself... Am I a pushy or salesy person now? 🙅🏼‍♀️Nope, then you wouldn’t be that way. Being salesy just because you are in sales is a misconception.

We are all in sales. Whether you are selling a 🏡 house, a salon 💇‍♂️ service, or 🥦 green vegetables to your toddler, we are in it!

Let’s focus on what being in sales is really about... If you start your conversations with the genuine ♥️ desire to help and serve others then you will never be “that” person.

When you are looking to find a solution for them and then sharing the value in your product or service and what’s in it for them can truly be life changing.

Listening👂 . This is a tough one. Yep, even for me but I work on it daily. Actually listening, not to respond, let’s you hear their needs. From there, Implement, educate and learn from your feedback and share how it is going to help them.

Last but not least, Educating yourself about your product, service, and business will bring you passion. That passion will shine bright whenever you share about it to others. That will bring trust and a relationship that will benefit both sides.

So tell me... what’s your sales (Vegetable negotiator, shampoo dealer, skincare slinger) job?

Well if that’s not a FEMALE POWERHOUSE then I don’t know what is... 😉! That was the fastest, exciting, and most inspiring 6 days EVER! At the beginning of our convention someone mention to stay. That’s exactly what I did, I stayed present.

NOW, I have SO much to share with you all and I can’t wait to see all the excitement that surrounds us in the next year! Are you ready for it?

Do you get anxiety just thinking about going to events with lots of people? A lot of my friends that know me would never guess that in a million years, I would answer YES to that question. But Yep, that was me, that is still me, sometimes.

This last week I earned a spot at a leadership luncheon alongside all these other badasses. A couple of them are my closest friends, many of them I am getting to know and a few I have never meet. With all of that and with not knowing what to wear is enough to make me come up with some excuse of why I shouldn’t go or can’t make it to the event.

But let me tell you, something has switched. I actually think it’s the people that are in this photo that have helped. I have never felt SO much support and love. It’s not anything I have ever been apart of and it just feels right. I see others lifting each other up (no matter their goals) even if they aren’t where they want to be yet.

Some call it a tribe, community, or even a village. It’s all of those things and it keeps my heart warm so for today, I’m just going to call it Rad!

This one time when I was invited to a leadership luncheon that kind of changed things for me. .
.
Being surrounded by so many inspirations, ladies who worked their tails off, didn’t quit and have lifted me up higher than I can dream. .
.
I know they are all working their butts off today, making moves, and putting in the work. .
.
I am beyond grateful for being supported by them and the security they give me to be myself. .
.
R + F is not a company that I work for, it’s a company that works for me! it’s a blessing to all of us.
.
.
Love you all ❤️ .
