The NPLA Leadership Summit brings together executives and industry leaders for high-level conversations, strategic insight, and meaningful connections focused on the future of private lending.

Today’s programming centers on leadership and forward-looking perspectives, with our Vision Session exploring the evolving private credit landscape, decision-making in uncertain markets, and the economic forces impacting the industry. The day concludes with General David Allvin, former Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force, sharing his perspective on leadership, strategy, and decision-making under pressure.

A day designed for leaders to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships, and gain perspectives they can bring back to their organizations.

Never a dull day at Leverage Companies 😂 Sean, one of the Presidents here, recently had an accident where he lost his toe… so we figured this would be the best way to cheer him up ⬆️

A big happy birthday to my beautiful bride. Your capacity for caring for others is second to none. Watching you become not only a great partner but also an amazing mother this year has been immensely rewarding. You’re everyone’s best friend but more importantly you’re mine.
