What a hell of a bittersweet way to send off the best cocktail bar Whistler has seen. That party will stay with me forever (and Bro Hymm to close it out 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼).

From the photoshoots (I’ll always drop everything for you @brandibassador ), to the pop ups to those damn delicious potato puffs, to the wine selection by @yesgracie_ to the amazing cocktails created by @drinkingwithdani . This place will often be imitated, but never recreated.

The world got a little less fun now @theravenroom.ca doors are closed, but this ain’t the end and I cannot wait to see/help/ be apart of whatever is next for my family.

Support your friends, support local and most importantly FTP.

Always the best times with my “partner in crime. “
Bringing in some Christmas cheer from out of the cold. I love cutting down my own tree.

Wishing a great holiday season in the coming weeks.

Full edit:
Set long hard goals. Speak your truth quietly. Others will laugh and belittle your dreams.
Work onward.
Just because you can not see the end does not mean you can not get there.
Hold on to and focus that goal/ dream.
It is in the mystery where the magic lies.
The universe supports us all.
10+ years ago I set a lofty long sighted goal to take my, at the time broken boat, to Desolation Sound,BC.
I had no idea how long and how much I would learn to get to this goal. Many people helped me along the way and to you I am forever grateful.
However, almost all of the work I did myself to learn this boat inside and out and become her captain.
There is not enough space here to discuss at length the projects to get the Overdraft ‘ship shape’
With that August 19th, 2023 became the day we would set off to Desolation Sound.

Just beyond the horizon of the so-called impossible is infinite possibility.

Dream big my friends.
