Heute habe ich ein ganz spezielles Paar für #dollcoupleportraits von @anp_barbies : Das sind Ginger und Larry, mein Lieblingspaar aus meiner Kinder- und Jugendzeit! Larry ist ein Modhair Ken aus den frühen 70er Jahren (ich glaube, ich habe ihn 1972 oder so zum Geburtstag von meinen Eltern bekommen), Ginger ist eine Superstar Barbie von 1976 oder 77. Die Kleider habe ich letztes Jahr im Sommer selbst genäht - das waren quasi meine Anfänge im Nähen, wobei hier die Nähte schon gerade und besser waren als bei der ersten Hose, die ich gemacht habe.

I loved the previous flower field mani I did, & hoped to recapture that vibe with this inspo via @nicpfr 's autumnal-feeling flower field; but instead this time the effect became more like a textured oil painting. I enjoyed the textural, brush-stroke finish so much that I didn't add top coat to smooth everything out, and hope that the warm & cosy feeling of the original flower field image translated into this mani no matter how different it is from the previous flower-field mani.
