Just a year ago, a wave of protests moved across the country —Voicing the true needs of the people. A year later, nothing has changed. It's a reminder that the struggle isn't over, and there's still so much work left to do.

May we as a nation, get closer to achieve what true merdeka means — for all 🌺

This year, we are bringing you a music lineup that honors the rich sounds, culture, and diaspora of Nusantara! 🇮🇩❤️
Here are the artists taking the stage:

🔊 Nigel Kenzo – Setting the perfect vibe for the day with a relaxed, soulful blend of Indonesian R&B, pop, and chill beats.
🔊 DJ C4MPURS4R1 – Blending traditional and contemporary Indonesian sounds with heavy club genres like Jersey Club, Ghetto Tech, and House. Guaranteed to keep your body moving!
🔊 Sekan – DJ, producer, and founder of Jiwa Jiwa. Digging deep into 70s/80s Indonesian soul, funk, disco, and global Black music traditions, Sekan uses music, design, and dialogue to explore and honor Nusantara’s rich heritage.
🔊 2RODA FULL BASS (LARASATI & Made of China) – Bringing high-energy chaotic fun with a joyful mix of Funkot, Indo Bounce, and Jungle Dutch to keep the floor bouncing.
🔊 Andre Damian – Founder and mother of the Utrecht Ballroom Scene, has been in ballroom since 2019, winning dozens of trophies across Europe in the categories Arms Control, New Way, Sex Siren, and more. As the Director of Ballroom Works, they focus on uplifting queer and trans people of color through weekly ballroom classes, workshops, community programs, and balls.

Stemmen in de club? 📋🔥

Op 28 oktober host ’t Weeshuis rondom de verkiezingen ‘De Nachtelijke Stem’ in Museum Arnhem. Dit is geen gebruikelijke dansavond aangezien het ook meteen een van de eerste stembussen is van Nederland.

Daarnaast komt zelfs de burgemeester van Arnhem, Ahmed Marcouch een plaatje draaien.

Entree is gratis maar let op! Er is beperkte capaciteit, first come, first served. Zorg dat je naast je stempas een geldig identificatiebewijs meeneemt om je stem uit te kunnen brengen.

Er is beperkte capaciteit voor het event, maar stemmen is altijd mogelijk tussen 00.00u en 02.00u.
