Tudorlea is a meticulous reimagining of a 1935 English Tudor home where heritage and contemporary refinement converge in quiet harmony.

Rich with character, this home reveals its grandeur through the blending of these elements, paying homage to its storied past and evolving character.

The home unfolds with measured drama, beginning with a grand entry hall that invites a lingering pause through to light-filled open-plan living, dining and private retreats, designed for connection, restoration and modern family living.

We design homes around hospitality experience.

A guest bathroom rich in texture yet restrained in expression at South Bay residence. Luminous green oynx brings an expressive note to the space, while the silver travertine sculpted basin counter anchors the room with the warmth from walnut timber.

A new perspective on the heart of the home, at Wunulla Road.

These once compartmentalised and disconnected rooms were never intended to be the focus of the home. We reimagined them as its heart, bringing the kitchen, dining and living spaces together to create a place for gathering, entertaining and everyday life.

Throughout, we balanced the home’s original architectural character with contemporary design, bespoke furniture and considered detailing. A celebration of the home’s heritage, reinterpreted to reflect the way our clients live today.

PRINCESS LANE

Cork flooring brings warmth underfoot, while natural limestone inset into the kitchen benchtop brings texture and movement. The detailed stonework is a feature in itself, precisely cut and crafted to create a seamless transition between the two surfaces.
