NEOFITCAMP 100! Wow! Feels so great! So grateful for those have supported me and my business. Really means a lot to me. Without you all there is no FITCAMP. I say it often but feel like still never enough “I was made for this shit and this is what I live for”

The first 100 was “just the beginning” I look forward to what’s ahead, meeting new people and building quality relationships. As well as spreading my knowledge and love for fitness in group settings. Thank you and let’s keep it going! 💪🏾😎 Camp Days: locations vary

Persistence. To set a goal. To have a dream. To not stop till you get what you want to achieve. Nothing great comes without it. Not many people have it and that’s why they aren’t living the lives they want. The will to persist through challenges and finding a way when there feels like there isn’t a way is the only way. Everyone wants the shortcut but really it all starts when you start, start but keep going, never stopping…greatness takes time. I’m far from perfect but I will continue to persist to being the best version of myself that’s for sure.

Come join my fit familia and let’s take these steps together towards a better you today 💪🏾😬 SO EXCITED to get back out there after weekend off last week. 11-12 cooper river park. Dm if interested or just Pull up! 10 dollars for an hour of QUALITY workout fun to start the day. Can’t beat it! #neofitfitcamp #bootcamp #fitness #fit #sundayfunday #workout #workoutmotivation #fitfamilia #fitfamily #persistence #mypurpose #cooperriverpark
