Seven years ago, I said “I do” to the woman God blessed me with, and looking back, I had no idea just how beautiful this journey would be. ❤️ We’ve laughed together, grown together, learned together, built a family together, and created memories that I wouldn’t trade for anything. And somehow, through it all, seven years have gone by in the blink of an eye.

Happy 7th Anniversary to us! 🥂💍

Seven years of marriage—filled with laughter, love, unforgettable memories, lessons learned, growth, amazing children, and more blessings than I could ever count. Through every season, God has been faithful, and I’m grateful that I’ve had you by my side through it all.

The Bible says, “He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord.” — Proverbs 18:22

And one thing I know for sure… FAVOR AIN’T FAIR! 🙌🏾😂

I didn’t just find a wife—I found my best friend, my partner, the mother of our beautiful children, and the woman I get to build this life with.

I’m not just looking forward to another seven years. I’m looking forward to a lifetime with you. More love. More laughter. More memories. More growth. More adventures. More of us. ❤️

Thank you for these incredible seven years and for everything you are to me and our family.

I love you to the moon and back. Happy Anniversary, beautiful! ❤️💍

7 years down… forever to go!

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY, MY LOVE!!! ❤️✨

Six years have flown by faster than I ever imagined—and I wouldn’t trade a single moment of this journey with you. Proverbs 18:22 says, “He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord.”

I can honestly say I struck gold when I found you. “Good thing” doesn’t even begin to describe it—because you’ve been my greatest blessing, my answered prayer, my teammate, and my safe place. The Hebrew word tov means something beneficial, valuable, and life-giving… and that’s exactly who you are to me. Favor from the Lord? That’s you, through and through.

Thank you for walking beside me through the highs, lows, and all the in-betweens. Thank you for being my helpmate, my encourager, and my reminder that grace is real. Thank you for giving me the sweetest daughters and for being an incredible mom to our little Langfords.

Here’s to the laughter we’ve shared, the lessons we’ve learned, and the love that keeps growing stronger each year. Six years down, a lifetime to go—because forever with you still doesn’t feel long enough. 💍❤️

I love you more today than the day I said “I do”—and I’ll keep proving it every day we get.

Pay attention to the cues.

Parents and caretakers, it's essential that we stay attuned to the emotional needs of our children. From childhood to young adulthood, life can be overwhelming—and sometimes, our loved ones are asking for help without ever saying a word.

The past two days at the @becomingacoupleofdestiny Marriage Conference were truly transformative.

Bishop @johnramseyministries and Dr. @ladyramsey kicked things off with sharing powerful insights about affair-proofing your marriage. 💍

@jeremylangfordsr and @nik2x_ put our conference hosts, Bishop @josephwalker3 and @drstephwalker in the hot seat, asking the tough questions we all have. 🔥

MC & comedian @funnymanmikejames had us laughing until our sides hurt. 😂

Bishop @thefirstlanier and @firstladytwyman reminded us of the importance of listening to understand, not just to respond. 🗣️

It was an unforgettable experience full of wisdom, laughter, and community!
