New month, new challenges.

Late to post, but giving thanks to the @xgames squad for the opportunity to lead, create and deepen personal connections - it’s something I never take for granted.

I’m NGL, the past few months have been difficult AF. Finding the balance between family, work and self care, most days, seems impossible.

But I continue to LOVE what I do. I’m passionate about who and what I surround myself with. I look out for others sometimes to a fault. But I’ll never stop keeping it 💯 cause at the end of the day, it’s about the people, it’s about the team.
