Yesterday we hosted the very first Slow Morning. The idea was simple: coffee, music, movement, and community. We weren’t trying to create another yoga class. We wanted to create a slower way to begin the weekend. Watching people linger over coffee, meet someone new, and leave feeling energized reminded me why Nuevo Om exists. Thank you to everyone who trusted us enough to be part of the very first one. 🤍 #yinyoga #texasyoga #summer #grapevinetx #coffee roup photo from Nuevo Om’s first Slow Mornings gathering in Grapevine, Texas. Participants stand together smiling after an outdoor Hatha yoga session on a backyard patio. The community event featured coffee, live DJ music, mindful movement, and connection, creating a relaxing wellness experience focused on recovery, nervous system regulation, and community.

This wasn’t just a yoga class… it was an intentional reset ✨ In Grapevine, we gathered to slow down— to arrive with intention, to root into our practice, to rise into reflection, and to meet ourselves honestly through journaling. There was movement. There was stillness. There was space to breathe again. And we didn’t leave as strangers— we closed as a community 🤍 This is what Nuevo Om is about. Not a drop-in class. A space to come back to yourself. ✨ May + June gatherings are reserved for our Spring Circle 📲 Message me to learn more or join the next experience ⸻ #grapevinetx #grapevinetexasusa #dfwyoga #grapevineyoga #yogagrapevine
