“We do have the right to dance, we should be able to dance, and our joy is, in fact, resistance.”

Please don’t mind my hysterical screaming!🙃
On behalf of Jesediah, his team and his loved ones, thank you to the Wavys for the recognition, and for all you do to platform and champion creatives in safe spaces. Jesediah took home two awards tonight, and we couldn’t be prouder! This is only the beginning!

After 2.5 years of working in film, I can officially say I’m a director!

In July we shot a trailer for Blackout, a thriller script I wrote in 2025. I’m incredibly proud of how it’s coming together, but I’m more proud of how much fun we all had on set. Grateful for everyone who contributed their time, energy, and talent to this vision.

“Tensions rise among the ambitious staff of an up-and-coming recording studio when a multi-platinum producer introduces a new drug into their workplace. Powdered and jet black, it promises freedom from all mental, physical, and moral inhibitions to achieving their wildest career dreams—at the cost of their memories while under the influence.”

9yrs ago Fetty Wap made me the happiest kid ever, by showing love on my song with a repost and comment…9yrs later, in that Jez 2.0 era that’s been loading, his follow was a full circle moment, and confirmation that if you work hard enough, are determined enough, and are bold enough to be FULLY yourself, one your favs will recognize the hustle. Shout to one the dopest in the game, Fetty!!🔥
