⛰️ OMGGGGGGG REUNITED IN COLORADO with one of my closest friends @nikcherwink !!!! 25 years of friendship since Elsie Allen High School in Santa Rosa!!! What a special weekend that I got to spend with Nik and his beautiful partner @taylorjaynenorris !!

They showed me around their town and we went on this amazing breathtaking hike !!!!!

I am sooo grateful for the Luong lasting friendships I’ve had since HS and college and the special bonds I have. Nik and I have been through so much from our younger days in Santa Rosa and with all the crazy things life threw our way to finding our way to where we are today.. he is someone that I confide in and trust with my soul. I don’t have many male friends and our friendship is so sacred to me bc I love getting his perspective on life, he has helped me through so much .. and he has always reminded me to use my bright light and helped me shine when I found myself in dark chapters in my life.

My heart and soul feels so full with seeing them and my college roomie @cholaochoa all together too!! Not enough words could explain our time together..!! Plus being nature.. so magical!! Thank you Taylor and Nik for a wonderful day!!!!! Couldn’t ask for more!! 🥹🥾✨

The absolute legend @nikcherwink has had such an impact on my life. 🙏🏼

From finding his podcast on tik tok during a dark time, to meeting him at an event he threw in LA, and eventually getting coaching from him, this dudes wisdom rings in my ears daily.

I wouldn’t be anywhere near as far as I’ve come without him honestly, THANK YOU brother!

So I stole one of my fav clips from him when he was on @elevatedfrequenciespodcast with @oliviamancuso__

Listen to these mf words 🤍🙏🏼

Spent a lot of time thinking about how amazing 2025 was today🥹 so many amazing people came into my life, many of whom didn’t make it into this edit, but everyone I’ve worked with this year has brought so much life and joy and growth🙏 lots of family dinners, late nights, rushed work, and laughs last year. I’m ready to do it again in 2026☺️❤️

6 lessons from 30 —> 31 ✨

1. It’s important to have friends and mentors who are willing to tell you the truth. I used to hide from feedback and from the truth of certain patterns in my life. I’ve always been sensitive, and for a long time I couldn’t handle it. Now, I would rather have a friend hold up the mirror and say the hard thing than let me keep suffering in the same cycles. Constructive feedback, the kind you actually need to hear, the thing no one else is willing to say… that’s love.

2. If you get quiet, the answer is there. If you get quiet, the ideas come. Not from doing more, researching more, seeking for more from others… it’s inside of you.

3. Our body usually speaks loudly before the mind catches up. I’ve learned to trust the tightness in my chest, the loss of energy, and feeling that “somethings off” within relationships. The body always knows the truth.

4. You don’t need to rush or chase anything in life. What’s meant for you will be. There’s no catching up you “need” to do.

5. Your mind is perfect and beautiful just how it is. What once felt like too much may actually be your edge. Personally, I realized my analytical mind is a strength when I was one of three, out of 50+ leaders in a room, who were placed in that category. I used to resist how deep and structured my mind was. Then I realized: this is part of what allows me to excel. I like my endless spreadsheets, notes, and how deeply I study the things I’m interested in. Some people might not get me, or you, and that’s ok.

6. You’re allowed to change your mind at any point. You can outgrow people, places, and desires without making it dramatic or wrong. You don’t need to over explain yourself.

So cheers to entering 31. 🎉 A year of honoring my body’s wisdom, choosing alignment over urgency, and letting life meet me where I am rather than forcing my way toward it.
