Its Tuesday and I know where you should be!

Start things right with Coconut Life – light, refreshing, and the kind of highball that instantly gets you in the mood. Coconut lovers, this one’s for you. Refreshing done right. Coconut water and tequila? Who would’ve thought!

Next up, Cheese Life – crisp, savoury, packed with umami, and a cocktail that keeps you thinking after every sip. Definitely one of the most interesting drinks I’ve had.

Then came Cascara Alter Life – bold, stiff, warming, and carrying that beautiful burn that reminds you you’re drinking something serious. Every sip was a pleasure.

To finish, Olive Alter Life – velvety smooth, rich, and honestly just plain yummy. The perfect way to end the flight.

Huge shoutout to Mr. Kunal @nomad_poka for taking such great care of us throughout the experience. Great cocktails are one thing, but great hospitality is what makes you want to come back.

If you’re working around Bellandur, here’s your sign to skip the usual after-work plans. Head to No Shop Talk, pull up a seat at the bar, and have a meeting with the bartender instead. Trust me, it’s the best meeting you’ll have all week.

And just like that, Biergarten turns 10 years old. Time certainly flies, and faster especially when the good times and brews just flow like they have at BG. Great memories, from the first time during a strike when they were the only place open, to the first time I had a full glass of IPA (thanks @beerabet for that memory), to celebrating my 40th birthday here, and so many, many more happy memories. Yesterday's party was a great way to travel through those memories with a great bunch of friends and of course our brilliant hosts - @nikhil93, @lalitvijay3765 and the entire team at BGW. Coq-Au-Vin. Cooked by me. After 2.5 hours in the kitchen, I respect chefs and understand why they like to have a drink.

Only in India. Actually only in multicultural #Bengaluru, a classic French dish with over a week of prep, paired with a South Indian style purple cabbage porial and Bengali roast potatoes cooked by an Agarwal. 🤣🤣
