How to find and create a winning format on YouTube 🎥👇🏻

I spoke about this at Create London on Wednesday with @nikialbon @graceandrewsss and Rajarshi Lahiri (from YouTube) as our moderator.

It can be hard to figure out how to start on YouTube, especially if you're a solo founder or a small company with limited resources.

But the great thing about YouTube is that there are millions of videos with formats that are already working and that you can replicate and put your own spin on.

Come up with three formats you can test to start, that are easy to repeat and fairly simple and low-cost to produce.

And then give it a year 😎 YouTube is a long-game for sure, but the investment can pay off once you find the formats that your key audience responds to.

On Saturday 3rd May, Max La Manna took over our coffee shop and we are still not over it!

Max created a bespoke menu, within which everything was made from upcycled, sustainable or byproduct ingredients, encompassing both exhibitors from our “Taste of Tomorrow” exhibition, as well as those stocked within our concept store.

Thank you so much to everyone who came down to join us in rethinking what the future of food could taste like. As Max said, “this wasn’t just a coffee shop takeover, this was tasting the future of tomorrow”.

Stay tuned for more content from the event and if you want to learn more about the innovations that Max used, head to the link in our bio to get your free exhibition ticket!

Still posting the same selfies, just with a few more wrinkles. A little late posting this but Dream Productions was really good! 🎬

Are my favourite comedy shows of all time all Mockumentaries? Yes.

Do I love Pixar? Also yes.

So when Pixar made a mockumentary set inside the world of Inside Out I knew I’d love it.

Also I was lucky enough to attend an advanced screening of the first two episodes. INCREDIBLE. Genuinely laugh-out-loud funny.

All four episodes are streaming on @disneyplusuk now and you won’t want to miss it 🙌🏻 #DreamProductions #Invited
