With just 2 days to go until we shoot…We’d like to give a massive thanks to everyone who came out to our Bokkie Barryoke Fundraiser last month as well as a huge thanks to AR Refrigeration & Air Conditioning & BM Events & Entertainment for sponsoring this event! 💛

It was a night filled to the brim with music, dancing, family and friends old and new, but most of all we were surrounded by love and support for the making of Bokkie and we couldn’t be more grateful! 🎬

A tableread to remember…💛🎬

Yesterday the pages of Bokkie came alive as our cast gathered around for a tableread which was nothing short of pure magic!

With only 7 days to go, stay tuned as we’ll soon set off into shooting!

‘Cultural Inheritance’ at @the_commons_muizenberg on Wednesday night hosted by @frankie.stromberg.

Frankie presented a striking lineup featuring uncomfortable, thought provoking and visually bold films. Certainly one of our more serious film nights, but a nourishing one nonetheless. Thank you to our filmmakers for screening their work, and attending the night as well as to the audience members for making it such an engaging experience all around.

Our next screening will be at @springbok.arms later this month for Wednesday, September 30th. We will be highlighting femme musicians!
