1 year down, (hopefully not) a lifetime to go!

It’s weird how comfortable I’ve become with being on the verge of death every day. My tears could fill a swimming pool thinking about the life I was forced to leave behind upon diagnosis, and how hard it’s been ever since.

But moments like these make it all feel like it was for a reason. To join this community of the strongest, most resilient and truly selfless people has shown me what it looks like to carry life’s most gruelling battles with courage and pride.

These moments capture the overwhelming force of unconditional love I’ve been so lucky to feel. It’s been Barney, Amy, my mum and my beautiful friends who have so selflessly learned to live with all my alarms (and know exactly what each one means), wake up at 3AM 10 nights in a row to get me a juice box or prepare my needles for me, sit with me on a night out until I come up, and so graciously eat my new health guru sugar free snacks with me… I owe my life to you.

It’s been a pretty intense learning journey and it sucks SO bad. So thanks for your patience, and the inspiration to live life fully despite it all.

Lots of love to you all,

Ez x

✨Only some of the amazing instructors who dedicate their spare time to helping others feel their best ✨

Most are mums, have full time jobs, have their own hobbies, have families to take care of, have dreams they are building, they are going through tough times, emotional times, they work long hours, they go through break ups, losing loved ones….

Yet they still make time every week to help their community grow into being the best version of themselves.

They spend unpaid hours writing the perfect class plans and doing extra training to keep delivering the very best in their classes. They leave their families at 4am to make tea and make the studio feel warm for their people.

As a team, they look after each other when the have sick kids or when they feel run down.
They teach each other, they encourage each other, they lift each other up.

They are the most incredible team and we wanted to let them know their hard work and efforts for their people doesn’t go unnoticed.
