This morning, a little piece of my world made its way to Good Morning America. @goodmorningamerica @abcnews
One of my Instagram videos on Holistic Beauty and at-home rituals was featured, and even after years of being on television, seeing my work enter American mainstream media felt special in its own way.

Holistic Beauty is no longer a niche conversation. It’s becoming a global movement, a movement that honours women, honours well-being, and honours a new definition of beauty that is rooted in nervous system health, emotional balance, longevity, and self-respect.

And I know this is just the beginning.
As this movement grows, so will the voices leading it. The pioneers, the educators, the practitioners, the healers, all of us who have been doing this quietly, consistently, and wholeheartedly for years, will be seen, heard, and celebrated across the world.

This recognition isn’t just about me.
It’s about what Holistic Beauty can do for the next generation of girls who deserve a healthier, kinder, more conscious standard of beauty.

Here’s to the beginning of something much bigger.
