Yesterday was a big day, to say the least! Nikki's boyfriend, Andrew, proposed. He is all the things that make for a good husband: patient, kind, and - above all - puts my daughter and their relationship first. I am so proud for them both.

We celebrated with them at his parents' home in Auburn. CONGRATULATIONS! I'm so happy for them! 🥂🍾🎉

Maybe being “healthy” isn’t about being smaller.

Maybe it’s about eating the carbs, lifting the weights, cheering for other women, resting when you need to, showing up consistently, and raising kids who grow up believing strength is normal.

I think that’s kinda chic. 🧡

I didn’t just find a gym…I found a community!

1 year ago, I walked into Iron Tribe not fully knowing what I needed… but I found exactly what I was missing.

People who show up for you.
Cheer you on.
And make you feel like you belong the second you walk in the door.

It’s crazy how much easier it is to stay consistent when you’re surrounded by that kind of energy.

20 pounds down.
Stronger.
More confident.
And finally building habits I know will last.

But the best part? The people.

The coaches here don’t just lead workouts — they push you, believe in you, and remind you you’re capable of more than you think. Every single one of them has impacted me in a different way.

Anna has become more than a coach — a real friend. I’m so grateful for the way you show up and go above and beyond.

Grateful for this place.
Grateful for these people.
Grateful I walked through those doors… one year ago.

So proud of our Iron Tribe half marathon finishers 🤍

What a day… from the early miles to the final stretch, you all showed strength, grit, and heart.

This is what consistency looks like.
This is what showing up looks like.

You did it 👏

Friday hits different when you don’t do it alone. 💪🔥

Friends don’t let friends work out alone! They show up, cheer louder when the reps get tough, and remind you that you’re capable of more than you think. That’s what makes this place special. It’s not just about the workout… it’s about the people beside you when things get hard.

At Iron Tribe, we build strength but we also build friendships, accountability, and a community that refuses to let you quit.

So grab your people, step onto the floor, and let’s finish the week strong.

Stronger together. Always.
