12 YEARS OF KETANGA! 🥳🎉

I started Ketanga 12 years ago with a simple idea: bring people together to move, explore and have a really fun vacation.

I had no idea where it would take me (both geographically and personally), how much I’d learn along the way or how many incredible people I’d meet.

So in honor of 12 years, I’m sharing 12 lessons I’ve learned about people, travel, running a business and life in general. Some are meaningful, some are funny and some I definitely learned the hard way. 😂

Swipe through for all 12!

To everyone who’s traveled with us, led a retreat, supported Ketanga or been part of this adventure in any way — THANK YOU! ❤️

Here’s to more adventures, unexpected friendships, spontaneous dance parties and whatever comes next! 🥂

From a one-way pep talk in the beginning to a true tactical dialogue between rounds. In the heat of the battle, having that trust and back-and-forth collaboration with your coach changes the entire game. Incredible insights into fighter-corner chemistry between Nikki’s and Freddie @nikkicampz @soto.fitness 🥊🤝

Coaches and Fighters always have to keep an eye on”internal timer” ⏲️ when training themselves or others. Whether is timing a workout or hearing the 10 seconds bell at the end of a round 💥🥊
-
So we had to test some of our friend’s internal clocks ⏰

H1 memories from the Digital Elph. If my memory was better it’d justify the lack of photos but here we are. Here’s to more photos in H2.

New single “Thumbs Up” out now! It’s a favorite of ours, and the chillest on the album if you’re not looking to get too rawked listening in the morning (we always rawk to some degree though, can’t help it). Thank you to all our friends pictured here, and thanks to Sarah Skeist (@piggsby ) for providing such lovely guest vocals 💙
