Late to the end but it’s never the end. This winter season was something special. Not for the snowfall and not because I was sliding sideways. It’s been a weird one out there; waiting for winter. With all this challenge and change on the mountain, I had a hard time changing perspective. Struggling with the mentality of it all. After everything we have gone through, my heart has grown larger for these big hearted champions! Always out for pow days, park days, and hiking James on a park day. (Sorry <3) I felt lost at the mountain even though my friends were still around me.

Feeling all fuzzy brained about the beginning of the season I let dumb little things get to me. So instead of lingering around waiting for something to happen I took some time away from the season. Reconnecting with myself and new souls. I came back feeling so strong knowing my people were ready for me to come home and play HARD! I found love in the sport again and a slow burning love for my friends; all at different times. These people sparked my wonder! I kept wondering what next weekend would look like. Fridays dancing in the keg; Slow moving to a long EPIC Saturday night; Sundays we were ready to lock in; Mondays we’d come out with BANGERS for everyone to see (we clip farm) I’ve never felt more loved & seen in one MAGICAL place. Thanks “TEAM” for keeping me sliding sideways. (MIA all season @teddy9ballgame , we miss u)

Deans House Mix & 9 warm Pacificos (maybe 2 ice axes) but most definitely 4 burritos

Thanks for everything and all the tears Austin. I knew I was capable but never thought I was so much and more. I met Austin in a dark alley looking for a 12 pack in Telluride. I told Nikki to trust me on this guy and we took a chance.
U R INSANEly awesome my friend!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING & MORE
