Every beautiful home begins long before the first piece of furniture arrives.

It begins with a feeling.
A color that quiets the mind.
Textures that invite you to stay a little longer.
Light that changes with the rhythm of the day.

This is a little glimpse into the dreaming stage, where ideas begin to take root before they bloom into a home that feels deeply, unmistakably yours.

The most meaningful spaces are never copied.
They’re cultivated. ✨

At Field Flower Collective, you’re not hiring one designer. You’re hiring a collaborative team.
Different strengths. Different perspectives. One shared goal:
Creating a home that feels beautiful, functions effortlessly, and supports the life you’re actually living.
That’s what happens behind the scenes.
And it’s one of my favorite parts of the process.

I’m documenting the process more lately, of what goes into designing fabulous homes. There are so many different aspects but shopping is a huge part of it, and it’s a skill that I bring with me from my time in the fashion industry. For 20 years, Nery, Nikki, and I have been professionally shopping for product development and trend scouting, trusted with large budgets and fast paced travel itineraries. It is a sport! ⚽️🛍️ We have 3 clients right now who need a trained eye and hand to select and curate the perfect assembly of home furnishings to make their homes the layered & cozy retreats that they deserve. #fieldflowercollective #interiordesign #jjyapchallenge

In my feels about this one 🥹✨

This weekend my team reminded me just how lucky I am… not just to do what I love, but to do it with people who genuinely care, show up, and celebrate the wins right alongside me 💫

We sang, we danced, we toasted, we laughed, and we took a moment to actually feel how far we’ve come!

And I’m just sitting here like… how did I get this lucky? 🫶🏼 I know damn well it’s not luck. We’ve worked for this.

To my dream team: you make it all sweeter 🤍 And waaaayyyy more fun 🤩

Your intention creates your world

Manifestation is so much more than romantic love, money and material things. You can use it to improve any area of life, including friendships

The scariest thing I ever dared to draw was this image of myself and my future child in 2022, it felt like I was telling the universe that I was serious about becoming a mother. It was only 2 months before I’d find out I was pregnant

Having the baby is one thing, but what comes next? What do you do with yourself postpartum?

I learned quickly how badly I needed community

To call in my mommy coven, I envisioned what it would feel like to spend my days with a tiny witch, and having the support of my partner along with a coven of other mothers who were in a similar situation to me (creative, a little bit older, somewhere between stay at home & mom-preneurs) and I’m so grateful to have found exactly what I was dreaming of

I hear so many mothers say it’s so tough to make friends and find their mommy covens - whatever that may look like to you!

When I was calling in mine the first thing I did was decide how having a group of women to raise children alongside of would feel. Then I had to make sure I had room for it, what kind of time I realistically had to offer so it wasn’t a bunch of canceling and rescheduling. I needed people who would show up, so I had to make sure I was able to show up

Then I made it into art, making my own special tarot card, because that’s my art™️and I put it on my vision board

Then I had to actually leave my house and start experimenting with child focused activities that felt fun for both my little witch and I

Once I was clear on the types of friendships I was looking for, and made room in my schedule to actually form in person community, making mom friends with great kids was easy

I’ve been able to use these techniques in two very different states and I’m in my 40’s, and it works for manifesting any type of friendships, not just for those with children

I think community and real connection is more important than ever. I am so grateful for mine 🖤

Have questions or tips on how you formed a great community? Please share them in the comments

We celebrated the incredible life of Mark Antelman in the most beautiful way last night. He was truly one of the greatest humans on this planet and I’ve learned so much about life and how to work hard, laugh endlessly, and love big over the 19 years I have known him. Mark was an important father figure & role model throughout my life and I’m so grateful to have made such amazing + special memories with him & Terry. He is missed immensely but his big, bright spirit will live on forever 🤍 “Who loves ya baby!” @markantelman @terryantelman @leightonantelman @loganantelman @landonantelman
