Friday Night Lights at Hawai'i Theatre for the Ms. Hawai'i Pageant! Coming from someone whose friends are former pageant queens and have watched from close calls to victory and passing of the guard, this became a change of pace and structure.
It was an awesome pleasure to support Alexia Sommers for an amazing run after last year at Ms HI USA! An awesome reunion with one of my former teachers in Ray Abregano, who made 50 years with this pageant!
Congrats to Carly Yoshida on becoming this year's new Ms Hawaii, and well done to Emalia Dalire on an amazing reign!

Like your life to the fullest, no matter what difficult challenges come your way.

Aloha mai kākou🤍✨
My name is Carly Yoshida, and I am deeply honored to introduce myself as your Miss Hawaii 2026.

Even as I write this, I’m still trying to find the words. This is the honor of a lifetime, and I’m still processing the incredible privilege of carrying a title with such a meaningful legacy. To represent the people and place I love most is something I will never take for granted.

I am especially honored to follow in the footsteps of our incredible Miss Hawaii 2025, Emalia Dalire @emalia.dalire . She led with grace, compassion, and purpose, inspiring not only me but our entire state. I hope to continue building upon the legacy she leaves behind while serving Hawaiʻi with the same heart and dedication.

This moment belongs to so many people. To my family, friends, mentors, community, and every person who believed in me long before this dream became a reality—mahalo will never feel like enough. Your unwavering love, encouragement, and faith carried me here, and I promise to carry that with me throughout this year of service.

To our amazing sponsors and the entire Miss Hawaii ʻohana @misshawaiiorg , thank you for your commitment to empowering young women and for preserving the purpose and impact of this organization.

It is an incredible privilege to now be part of that mission.
With a heart overflowing with gratitude, humility, and excitement, I am so honored to officially sign on as your Miss Hawaii 2026.

Here’s to a year of service, growth, and representing Hawaiʻi with everything I have.
Miss America… here we come!!
With love,
Carly💖

#BTS - Miss Hawaii and Miss Hawaii's Teen 2026. Congratulations to our new Miss Hawaii, Carly Yoshida, and Miss Hawaii's Teen, Tiana Lei Wailehua! And to all the young ladies who competed, you are beautiful, talented, loved, and did an amazing job. You should all be so proud of yourselves for the hard work and dedication you all exhibited. Emalia Dalire and Anya Teruya, you served and represented Hawaii beautifully and flawlessly this year, and we are so proud of you! And Emalia, you did an incredible job as the emcee for Miss Hawaii's Teen! And to our former Miss Hawaiis, and emcees for the Miss Hawaii competition, Nikki Holbrook Ho Ching and Hayley Cheyney Kane, you both are beautiful rockstars! You flowed through the event so effortlessly! Crystal Lee Montrone, thank you for presenting and showcasing the ladies of the Forever Club, former Miss Hawaiis who will live in our hearts forever. Always a pleasure seeing your beautiful smile and working with you every year. And Blaine Duttro, none of this would possible without you pulling this all together and assembling the best team and crew possible. Love you always! (And yes, you had the best team and crew... worth repeating)! Thank you to all involved for making this a memorable event!

Tune in to KITV4 for the full run!

For over a decade, this organization has given me so much—but the greatest gift has always been the sisterhood.

Long before I ever became a titleholder, I was welcomed, encouraged, and inspired by the incredible women of the Miss Hawaii and Miss America organization. From the women I looked up to as a little girl to the sisters I stand beside today, I have been surrounded by mentorship, kindness, and genuine love. They believed in me, challenged me to grow, and helped shape the woman I am today.

The crowns, titles, and accomplishments are special, but it’s the lifelong friendships and sisterhood that mean the most. These photos capture just a few of the many women who have been part of my journey over the years—so many more have impacted my life than I could ever fit into one post.

As I prepare to return to the Miss Hawaii stage in a couple weeks, my heart is full of gratitude for the women who poured so much into me. I’m honored to have the opportunity to give back to the organization and sisterhood that has given me so much. 🤍✨

The Miss Hawai’i Organization is excited to introduce you to this years hosts for the Miss Hawai’i and Miss Hawai’i’s Teen competitions.
•
It takes a certain jubilant personality to host the Miss Hawai’i’s Teen competition. So the Organization could not think of anyone more suited for the occasion than your reigning, Miss Hawai’i 2025, Emalia Dalire!
•
The Miss Hawai’i competition itself requires a touch of beauty, grace, elegance and professionalism. So to meet and exceed those needs, we are honored to announce our forever Miss Hawai’i’s, Hayley Cheyney-Kane, Miss Hawai’i 2024 and Nikki Holbrook Ho Ching, Miss Hawai’i 2019-2020!

That look when you catch yourself in the mirror and barely recognize yourself — in the best way.

This is the Aimee French Beauty Effect.

No heavy brows. No “done” look. Just soft, natural strokes that feel like they were always yours.

22 years of mastery means knowing exactly when to stop — because the goal was never more brows, it was the right brows.
