There’s a reason families continue to choose Hawthorne.

Leafy streets and character homes. Morning coffee around the corner. Weekends by the river, afternoons at the park and the city only moments away. It’s a pocket of Brisbane that offers the ease of inner-city living without losing that neighbourhood feel families are searching for.

For our clients, that combination was key.

With a clear brief centred around lifestyle, location and long-term liveability, we helped them secure Gordon Street, Hawthorne off-market, a home that delivered not only on the property itself, but on the life they wanted to build around it.

In tightly held suburbs like Hawthorne, finding the right home is only part of the equation. Knowing the streets, understanding value and being ready to move when the right opportunity presents itself is what turns a brief into an address.

Welcome to Hawthorne.

JUST BOUGHT • Coorparoo

$1,855,000

Our clients were selling their long-held family home and looking for their next chapter, something well finished, low maintenance and positioned within a lifestyle-focused pocket.

With a wide geographical search and the timing of their sale and purchase needing to align, our role was to simplify the process.

We did the groundwork before they stepped through a door, qualifying opportunities, assessing surrounding streets, considering walkability, access to local coffee and amenities, and determining whether each property genuinely warranted an inspection.

For these buyers, representation meant having someone manage the search from end to end, filter out the noise and ensure their time was only spent on the right opportunities.

The search ultimately led us to Kent Street, Coorparoo.

Everyone can raise a paddle.

Representation is everything that happens before you do.

It’s reading the room before the auctioneer says a word. Knowing who’s there to buy, who’s there to watch, and when to make your move. It’s relationships built long before a property ever hits the market, and a strategy that’s tailored in real time as the auction unfolds.

This home may have been publicly listed. The outcome was never left to chance.

This is what buying with representation actually looks like.

We’d love to show you the difference.

JUST BOUGHT • Grange

$2,200,000

Relocating from interstate, our clients had a very specific brief, a real-life “Bluey house” in the Wilston State School catchment. Think character, space to grow, and a backyard made for long afternoons of “keepy uppy” and weekend cricket.

Positioned directly across the road from the school, this one felt straight out of an episode, the kind of home where bikes line the front path, neighbours know your name, and family life plays out from the front yard to the back deck.

A targeted search and strategic negotiation secured exactly what they had imagined, a home that truly captures the rhythm of Brisbane family living.
