@ecruz_n and @itssmynamee_ … you two brought something to DORA we didn’t even know we were missing.
Honestly, we never thought we’d ever be hosting a shuffle retreat here, and it ended up being one of the coolest experiences this place has had. Thank you for trusting us and for making DORA feel extra alive every time you’re here.

And you know how it goes… shuffle just brings everyone together.

Can’t wait for the next one 💛

It’s called the Frequency First Approach ⚡️
.
It’s where you do wealth from the inside out instead of the outside in like you’ve been incorrectly taught (there’s a reason for that, but that’s a post for another day)
.
You think that more money will make you feel wealthy
But the truth is, the wealthier you feel FIRST, the more money you’ll make
.
I built my business off delusion + vibes (seriously) 🤪
.
We’ve been taught that you need to hustle + grind, logic + strategize your way to success
.
And while that’s a piece of the puzzle
.
It’s really 80/20
80% Delusion + frequency
20% Strategy + aligned action
.
But if I know you, you’ve probably got it backwards
And that’s the exact reason you’re currently struggling
.
Because action taken from a misaligned energy will get you nowhere fast
Burn out + exhaustion
Feeling like you’re doing everything but not seeing the results
Obsessing over the ‘right’ strategy when your nervous system is screaming for a reset
.
What you actually want is to feel turned on by your vision again… clear, grounded, certain + excited AF by the work you do
.
Not just in your actions, but deep in your body
The energy that pulls you out of bed with excitement on the daily!
.
🎄That’s what Richmas is for
A 7 day frequency upgrade to shift you out of stress mode + into receiving mode so you can walk into 2026 feeling wealthy before the money even lands
.
This is where your $100K year begins
In your body, your identity + your magnetic wealth frequency
So that clients have no choice but to whip out their cards + scream, TAKE MY MONEY HONEY 🤤
.

She went there to help her body make her very own happy neurotransmitters with rhythm and movement… for real, I am a woman of science 👩🏼‍⚕️
God loves her so much that he added a group of amazing ppl that filled her heart with love and her days with friendship, laughter, adventure, yoga, reiki, xenotes and so much fun that even scorpions wanted to hang with us!!! LOL
Thank you all for the memories 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I miss you!!!
Elena and Karla, desde el fondo de mi corazón, gracias ☺️

Took a trip to Mexico and for a brief moment was able to fulfill my lifelong dream of getting high on a beach (while wearing white shoes and white socks👍🏻)

What an amazing week learning to shuffle in Tulum with the incredible & inspiring @itssmynamee_ & @ecruz_n and the best roommates @coachashleysmith & @anne.jen & our phenomenal @shuffleretreat group! ❤️❤️❤️ So much fun learning something new, I can’t wait to keep improving! This wasn’t the ideal training for my half-marathon on Sunday 😂 but it was definitely the most fun! I’m only 2/3 of the way to my fundraising target so please sponsor my race at bit.ly/JCRuns4Cats (clickable link in my bio) to help @annexcatrescue help more street cats before the winter! ❤️❤️❤️
