GODOT’S TO DO LIST by Leo Simpe-Asante, directed by Aneesha Srinivasan; curtain raiser to KRAPP’S LAST TAPE by Samuel Beckett, directed and performed by Gary Oldman - @royalcourttheatre May 2026

Being part of this show earlier this year was a total joy, and was made especially wonderful by our tremendous team! Special love to Shak, Aneesha, Leo and Nikita. You guys are the carrot’s crunch. And to Gary, of course, for being so marvellously Krapp!

We said goodbye to Tender last weekend. It has been an immense privilege to give this show the chance to grow and take up the space it deserves. We have had the most amazing audiences - standing ovations every night - and they have been rooting for Ivy and Ash from their very first meeting.

Tender is full of strange, arresting images, as well as issues which affect the daily lives of queer women. @eleanortindall_ and @emilyaboudetc have deftly balanced both and it’s a great testament to them that they’ve stayed true to everything Tender is throughout the show’s evolution. To them, to our whole production team (including brilliant designers, rigorous intimacy directors and production and stage management literally pumping blood behind the scenes), and to @franarivers and @nkempsayfi who have told the story with care and bravery each night, huge congratulations 💛

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this show and everyone who saw it - you’ve made our summer. Tender out 🫡

What a year! ✨

We kicked off 2025 with a hospital tour of The Dark, our adaptation of the Lemony Snicket book, visiting six hospitals across the UK. From there, we created the Audiomoves BoogiePod and toured libraries, schools and parks, getting kids moving across Barking and Dagenham.

We then created and released Audiomoves in Space, made in collaboration with 245 children and astronomers at the Royal Observatory Greenwich, before going on to create The Sleep Show, which toured theatres and hospitals nationwide.

A huge thank you to the incredible artists and young people we’ve worked with this year, our supporters and project partners, our brilliant board of trustees, and our audiences in the UK and around the world. You are magic. ✨ Bring on 2026!
