Although we haven’t posted recently, Coaches Corner has continued working hard behind the scenes.
Here are a few clips from recent sessions showcasing our players’ development, effort, and commitment to improving each time they train.

Excellence is never accidental. ⚽️

Thank you, Catrin, for sharing this video. @buddeboysmom

Watching this feels like a lifetime ago—almost 10 years ago now. I believe it was around 2017- 2018 because that’s when I was rocking the man bun! 😂

A lot has changed since then, but one thing never has: the way I see the game.

At that point, I was still early in my coaching journey while continuing my playing career, but my philosophy was already the same—details, details, details.

If you’ve worked with me as a player or parent, you’ll know exactly what I mean. I will stay with a player until they understand it. I’ll repeat the same technique, movement, or concept a thousand times if needed. Not because repetition is easy, but because that’s where improvement happens.

The difference between good and great is often found in the smallest details. Mastering the basics, building good habits, and paying attention to every little aspect of the game is what creates long-term success.

What I love about the video is that it was caught up when no one knows there is a camera recording
But that describes exactly who I am and what I stand for and how I look at Coaching when it comes to improving players.

Excellence is never accidental.💪⚽️
