A month ago, we celebrated one of the most important moments in the history of Hotel Fariones: our 60th anniversary. ❤️ An evening that brought together people from different chapters of our history, some who hadn’t seen each other for years, others who had shared so many moments along the way. These photographs capture a little of what that evening was like for those who joined us. A month later, seeing everyone enjoying themselves still makes us smile. Thank you for sharing such an important night with us. @niklaswaves @girlfromthesixties

Room makes more sense when you spend a little time here. You might come in for a piece you’ve seen, stay for a glass of wine, sit down for a while or end up looking at something completely different. Somewhere along the way, shopping becomes only part of the plan. ✨ That’s Room214. Come by and make yourself at home.

- Did you know that a cheese’s rind also requires careful attention? 🧀 At Finca de Uga, we apply different coatings to our cheeses. Depending on the ingredients used, this treatment can help protect the surface, add aromas and flavours, and give each variety its distinctive finish. A process carried out by hand, one cheese at a time, as part of the work that goes into making our cheeses. @niklaswaves

Some start with coffee. Others go straight for something savoury. Breakfast looks different for everyone, and that’s exactly what makes it personal. So tell us: what does your ideal breakfast have to include? ☕️ @niklaswaves

There are places you walk into knowing exactly what you’re looking for. Room usually isn’t one of them. You come in for a look, start browsing and suddenly find something you had absolutely no intention of taking home. And somehow, it usually ends up coming with you.

- Some places explain Lanzarote without needing to say too much. Punta Mujeres is one of them. White houses by the sea, volcanic rock, natural pools and a way of life deeply connected to its surroundings. At Rosa Group, this is the Lanzarote we value: a place that keeps its character, and one that continues to shape the way we approach our projects — growing from here without losing sight of what makes the island different. @niklaswaves

- Stratvs makes more sense when you walk through it. Arriving among the volcanoes. Stepping into the winery. Seeing where the wine rests and understanding a little more of everything that happens before it reaches your glass.🍷 And then, finally, tasting it. Some things taste different when you know where they come from. @niklaswaves @girlfromthesixties
