Can’t remember the last time 225/496 felt this light. New low today, surprisingly, with less walking and more calories. What a splendid day 😁

440x1 (200kg) has fallen - never would I have thought that I'd be able to squat this much. watch till the end and swipe right to see my reaction when I see my old squat form

seeing four red plates on the bar is very aesthetically pleasing - a nice little pocket PR of 484x1 (220kg). only a couple months ago, somebody had glued the same weight to the floor. 500lbs ez come November

USAPL San Diego Validus Open 2019! What a great success! A huge shoutout and congrats to everyone for participating and making our first powerlifting competition an amazing one. We want to give special thanks to our wonderful sponsors for supporting our event, and to all the volunteers, refs/judges, and staff for their help, we couldn’t have had such an organized and successful event without each and every one of you. 🙌
.

Looking forward to seeing everyone smash some more PRs later this year at our next meet...Details to come!

132.5kg/292lbsx1 @ RPE 7️⃣ ______________________________________________________ This moved SOLID! Also this felt like a true RPE 7 which is cool. I actually bench last on my SBD days so I’m always tired af. Only thing that kept me going this workout was the new @muscletech vapor one preworkout! Click the link in my bio to try it out and get 30% off!🤘🏼#muscletech

280kg/617lbs for a single🔥 ______________________________________________________ This was supposed to be @ RPE 7 however my last warm up felt like RPE 6 so I jumped to this from 270kg. Still moved pretty well considering I hit a heavy single on squats before this. My best deadlift single in training is 622lbs so this puts me in a good spot!😎 Shoutout to @convoy_strength for letting kim and I drop in for a sesh today!🤘🏼#4weeksout

Big thank you to all the volunteers who came out and helped made this meet possible: the judges, the amazing crew of spotters/loaders, the MC: @genopowerlifting who came out on his own dime. Thank you to the peeps who helped move and set up the gym, platform, and lights, and those who help cleaned up after. We are so grateful for you all. You guys are the real MVP. ❤️ #ConvoyFam
