Being strong is functional for sport especially when your sport is physically demanding.

Don’t over complicate things get yourself lifting 2-3 x per week through the big movements you know you need to be doing.

5 x @adcc_official in this video btw.

Guys did I use enough effects? 🎛️

I realised today that I never made an actual IG highlight reel for ADCC so enjoy this mad long edit. 🫶

You all have no idea how much stuff doesn’t get posted or shared. This team inspire me more than they’ll ever realise and I’m grateful they’re in my life. 🙇‍♂️

You get to choose your friends so make sure they’re people you’d help move a mountain for. 🏔️

My first ADCC worlds is wrapped up. 🏆

I got to follow my friends compete at the highest level and supporting them makes everything feel worthwhile. 🙏

Super grateful that this is the life I live and that the people around me are such good characters and examples for those watching. ❤️‍🔥

Talent doesn’t make up for bad character and luckily these guys and girls are the ones I’d pick for my team every time. 🤝

JJJFO 🦆

Eoghan O’Flanagan remains the biggest dawg. 🦮

Faris showing heart and leaving it all on the mats. 🫀
Super proud of him.

Joe is an excellent coach and he could convince me to move a mountain. ⛰️

Taylor’s always been one of the most creative grapplers on the scene and always shows out. 🧠

Still some of the best tekkers in the game. 😮‍💨

Niko made us all proud with his ADCC debut. 18 years old and already showing he’s here to stay. 🫡

Get used to seeing more of him. 📺

Anabel was one of the hardest workers in the camp and it showed on the biggest stage against a 12 time IBJJF world champion. 👏

She also became the first Spanish athlete to ever make it to the ADCC finals. 🇪🇸🇩🇴

Ane almost hit the legoplata and put on a great show. She always makes sure to fight to win and never backs down from a scrap. 😤

Ana becomes the first person to ever submit Mayssa Bastos at the black belt level. 🤯

You can see why she’s got so many fans. She’s shown grit and lots of mental fortitude this tournament but even more in the training camp. 🫡

Let’s just appreciate that it was hit twice in one match. 😍

Da fellaz 🥰
