Café con Ride!! First one of the season but not the last. We rode to @doncarvajalcafe a Dominican owned Coffee shop where the coffee and the Morirsoñando were amazing. Can’t wait to go back to have some of their food. Let’s keep on riding and motivating more people to come out and ride. Especially woman riders. Let’s go!!! #cafeconride #smileswhilecycling #womencycling #motivationiscontagious

NIKE AFTER DARK 1 year later 🏃🏽‍♀️

It’s so hard to look back on some of these memories because I didn’t let myself enjoy them. 🙃 I’ve worked so hard to get my mental and physical health to align back to a good place. I feel like I haven’t taken advantage of some opportunities or given myself enough credit. Sometimes I get imposter syndrome and don’t feel like I belong in these spaces. I am lacking something obviously because I am not fast enough or whatever enough to feel part of a team these days. I felt very alone showing up. This day should have felt so different and I had so much doubt in myself. I had a lot of fun but I had a lot of fear. The 🧊 raids had just begun and it was a scary and confusing time, it still is. But I am excited that a whole year later I get to do this again. I get another chance. Another cycle, another reminder to myself I am stronger, I am worthy. I am ready. I am excited for the first time to train and chase some unfinished business. I have been sorting photos for a post, I’m so bad at this sometimes 🙃 and look what iPhone made for me! I still might make another post because wow what a great day 🥲 Looking forward to 10/24/26 in my home town!! Let’s go for round 2. Excited to see what this race will look like. 🌊 The streets I grew up, I went to the beach in HS. Where I’ve coached cross country as an adult. It’s very special to me. I can’t wait ❤️❤️ Come run with me in Redondo Beach! Hoping to set up some training runs with the City of Torrance who gave me a bib. The irony of how much we said COT growing up warms my heart. 🥲 Life is full circle and very special. I always wondered what it would look like if I ran in HS but either way, we got here.

A casual little 5k followed by day drinking before most people even exited their beds.

This is why I’ll always say it’s bigger than running. It’s the community, the familiar faces, the catching up like no time passed, and the amount of love packed into one room.

It was an experience and an honor to support some local legends. #circa95 #wru #running #osr30 #nyc

Because celebrating WOMEN is my favorite pastime.

We had a beautiful time at the 2nd Annual Uptown Women’s History Month Reception by @mamichulasocialclub

We networked, we celebrated, danced, but most importantly we honored incredible, trailblazers impacting our communities.

Congratulations to the honorees, I’m always inspired by so much brilliance, leadership, and SO SO SO much power of the women in our community.

Feeling very grateful.
Happy first day of spring.
Happy last day of Pisces ♓️

Thank you to everyone who made me feel extra special this birthday. Even though the flu slowed me down, my spirit stayed up.

Last night I had the honor of attending a beautiful event celebrating and honoring women.

Thank you to @mamichulasocialclub for creating such a powerful and beautiful community.

And to the florist, @bellabytiff your work was beautiful, and it was awesome meeting you.

Still celebrating. Still grateful.

Stay Golden ✨
