THE BOX will be screened this October at the Gold Coast International Film Festival in New York!

This marks our first officially planned public screening, making it our festival premiere. It is a significant milestone for our independent project, as it allows us to finally bring the film to the audience and kick off the theatrical life of this work.

A huge thank you to the festival jury for selecting our work, and to every single member of the team whose dedication made this project possible.

The official poster of The Box is finally out!

My latest independent short film, The Box, is an immersive experience about obsession, chess, and time, which I had the pleasure to direct and co-produce.

It is an Italian–Swedish co-production, and principal photography took place in Italy at the beginning of last year. After several months of post-production, we’re happy to announce that the film will begin its festival journey next week.

You can follow all official updates about screenings, along with exclusive content and clips, on the official page @thebox_shortfilm_2026

Thanks to everyone who worked on this and made it possible.
Let’s start the journey.
