Kolby,
It has been over a year without you, and you are the glue that holds so many of us together. Whether you are physically here or not. You have been and will continue to be mentally and emotionally resurrected withinin the minds of those who know you and will get to know your story.

There is not much that I wouldn't give to see, to have a drink, to smoke, to surf, to live life with you Kolby.

You are one with the universe now and I can feel it in every wave, beer, mountain, and toke.

You have shattered the shoreline in all of our minds and continue to be eternally one with the waves. I will continue to explore nature in search of your energy that nature holds in her eternal embrace.

Grief whispers that holding on to pain is loyalty.

The Aipas continue to be the definition of stewards of family dedication and true passion in the community.

Only in the past years have I realized the true importance of a community and how much it shapes the people within it. Kolby made his own community that continues to persevere through hardships of the present day while embracing the roles we have in this community.
