@evricoo x FED @fed.bymade BALI! 💙

Special Artwork for FED Bali, so interesting to draw this bistro, FED. Their concept is modern bistro, locally sourced flavors. I wanted to draw this after one of FED’s founders, Ka @nikolas_artha, he sent me messages and he invited me to eat at his place when I visit Bali. After I saw it, this is one of the most interesting bistros to draw, starting from the presentation and plating of their diverse food, to the ingredients of the food they make. And there’s an inspiring story behind it

So for this drawing I drew a lot of menu from FED, I drew Duck Agnolotti, Fed’s Bread with Miso Butter, Green Pappardelle, Pork Neck Green Peppercorn Sauce, Pork Chop with Kaffir lime and Chili, Croquette, Grilled Chicken Charred Tomato, Octopus Zucchini Mustard, Raw Fish Pineapple Ajo Blanco, and more. I also drew their kitchen and the FED Team! They have semi open kitchen and I really love the concept!

New adventure

Will soon be two years since I moved to Bali to work with @potatoheadbali .

First consulting on the future and direction of the wellness program and relaunched their product division, starting with our Boiler Room collaboration and own collection.

I then worked on the global creative direction, where I had the privilege of leading the team on amazing projects. From the Merasa festival co-curated by Erykah Badu, the launch of Klymax and the Trippin guide to Bali to the start of a surreal psychedelic experience with PAM, to only name a few.

Wrapped up this adventure helping launching and designing Dome, Potato Head’s latest restaurant and natural wine bar. Very excited to see the legendary @barbrutal taking over the space this Saturday.

After a well-deserved five months of pure vacation in Asia, I’m now ready for the next adventure. 🦎

Thank you so much to the Potato Head family for this surreal experience. The team is too big to name everyone here, but love you all. 🖤

the jungle provides both the ingredients and the tools to eat it with—banana leaves for serving dishes, stones for cooking, a lagoon for rinsing hands.

this is the type of travel @trippin.world centres. experiencing the world differently. curated by locals, always. this is the shit that gets me goinggggg and makes me feel alive!!!!
