I know this is overdue, because this has meant a lot to me…. So here it goes.

Thank you MBU Volleyball for being a second home to me! I started from the bottom and worked my way up with the help of all my coaches!! Thank you Jack, Lu, Kobly, Colton Albers, and Coach Tom for making this program home! You guys gave me a place to grow and then rewarded me with the opportunity of a lifetime! I thank you guys for everything!

To my bros, thank you for being my brothers when I wasn’t home to talk to my own and thank you guys for always keeping me hype and motivating me to push forward. Each and every teammate I have had the chance to work with made that happen and I thank you all! I didn’t just make friends, I found new brothers and for that I say thank you God!

Volleyball has always been more than a sport to me. It’s been where I found myself, where I was tested, and where I grew into someone I’m proud of. It’s hard to put into words what this game has given me. The long days, the exhaustion, and the sacrifices. Every moment was worth it. Because in between all of that, I found a family. I found brothers who became a part of my life forever.

To my family, thank you for always showing up for me. From the constant trips to St. Louis to the endless 6–8 hour road trips, you were always there. You didn’t just support me, but my teammates as well. Every pre-game text meant more to me than you know, and your encouragement after the toughest losses always reminded me why I kept going.

To my teammates, you were never just teammates to me. You were the people who saw me at my highest and my lowest and were there for me through it all. The laughs, the battles, the memories. I’d relive it all a thousand times just to have one more moment playing with you guys.

To my coaches, Kolby, Lu, Ari, Jack, Colton, and Tom. Thank you for believing in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. You didn’t just make me a better player, you helped shape the person I am today.

To this game, thank you. For everything. For the pain, the growth, the joy, and the purpose.
