The EASIEST way to improve your car 🛠️

How can I know that there’s one way to improve any car, INCLUDING yours? Well it’s simple, reducing unsprung mass!

This weight saving method is often overlooked but in reality can make a massive difference, let’s use my 2006 Mini Cooper S as a test comparing the weight of the stock wheels, to my lighter aftermarket ones 🔧

COPY Mini’s homework for this R53 upgrade 📝

The stock R53 Mini Cooper S had a big problem from the factory… the Intercooler, it heat soaks and causes performance issues even on a standard car, Mini even fixed this problem when they made the high-performance JCW GP1.

The GP Intercooler is much larger than the stock Intercooler and proven to be one of the best performing options, but getting hold of genuine parts from the original GP is next to impossible, and when they do come up for sale they’re VERY expensive, but luckily, there is a much cheaper and readily available alternative!
