Last Friday I had a tattoo‑therapy session. What was originally meant to be a closing reminder turned, because of recent events, into something much deeper. Nathan (Nillo Ink) listened closely and guided me step by step through several topics. I’m very grateful for his support; thanks to him I felt it was the right moment to get the tattoos.

What emerged most clearly was that my self‑love has declined significantly lately. Over the past weeks (and months) I spent too much time in my head or, conversely, lingered too long in my feelings. That’s why I had these tattoos done: as a reminder to seek balance between my head and my heart, so they work together instead of against each other.

The most important insight is that I no longer want to project my love onto others and suffocate them with it; instead I want to direct that love toward myself — I want to truly see and love who I am.

Stuur me gerust een DM. Ik help je met veel plezier verder. Boeken kan steeds online.

Where art meets your story.🥰

TODO A PULMON 🕊️💫
No half energy, no fear, no holding back.
That’s what it stands for. That’s how I saw him live.

This tattoo isn’t about sadness or loss.
It’s about carrying forward a way of living.
It’s about choosing to show up fully, even when life gets heavy. It’s about building, loving and standing strong without shrinking.

I don’t want to live carefully.
I don’t want to live halfway.
I want to live with intention, with courage, with everything I have, in business, in love, in grief, in growth.🤍

Todo a pulmón.
Para siempre conmigo, Papá. 🤍
