The World Cup brings an energy out of people that’s unmatched.
Yesterday, the LA Coliseum turned into a sea of green as Mexico fans filled the sold-out FIFA Fan Festival™ Los Angeles.
A jersey became a passport.
A flag became memory.
A chant became a heartbeat.
Mexico opened with a 2–0 win over South Africa, and Los Angeles didn’t just watch it — it felt it.

DISCONNECTED (CREATED WITH PAVY @pavyworld & NIMAR @nimarthetiger )
PRODUCED BY G.CUE @warship.sonofdavid
MIXED BY @r8dio

I created this piece during Covid with my guys @nimarthetiger and @pavyworld . During this time, sobriety was new, and exploring who I really was felt uncomfortable, but the feeling was there.

“I’m a self investment / example of growth / A diamond after mining for decades, a glimmer of hope.”

I could feel something was under the mask. I spent most of my life daydreaming that everything would be perfect as soon as I got the things. As soon as I made x amount, had the house, got the Targa, then everything would be exactly how I needed it to be.

A lot of men share those same thoughts. When I get to place X and have XYZ, I can do as I want. My hard work allows me my freedom. But at the expense of who? Friends, strangers, family, children… self.

The photo perfectly represents that way of thinking. Things don’t last, and our behavior burns through everything we worked for. All men have that fire in them from patriarchy. We choose whether it stays dormant or not.

DISCONNECTED is now available on all platforms ⚒️⚒️

Throwback from few days in LA which was not enough… one day i’ll get better at posting more timely. My first time going to the GRAMMYS and I’ve been in music for 15 years now, working and don’t always fully reflect on it. So this was dope. I just wanna be here another 20 years minimum. This felt like another step; getting to experience the LA side of music industry, sharing space with some amazing artists, meetings, dope events and the warm weather. Shout out to all the good hospitality too 🤝

Brief recap of GRAMMYS + more basic 📸

1. a quiet park with clear Hollywood sign
2. Art - RIP 2Pac, Nipsey Hussle, Kobe Bryant 🙏
3. Date with a baddie to GRAMMYS 😍
4. Great convos at Tidal Spotlight Supper Club 🔥
5. Private listening/dinner for Marques Anyhony at Jamie Foxx’s house (IYKYK)
6. Had to stop at The Marathon 🏁
7. ‘The Godfather’ desk. My FOH face on the phone
8. BigXthaPlug performing “MmHmm”
9. Quick stop at Roc Nation, ‘ANTI’ 10th 🙌
10. Olivia Dean earned that Best New Artist
11. Leon Thomas killed ittt! 🔥
12. Lunch at Mastros Malibu for the view
13. UnitedMasters put on a banger
14. Santa Monica drive and views 🌊
15. Clipse “What Happened To That Boy” with quick Pharrell pop up
16. Missing the warm sun. Damn *kendrick voice

To artists and anyone trying to work in music remember that building a career in this is not easy, it’s a marathon, word to Nipsey.

“Never stop working”

A few months ago @tidal ‘s team got one of my songs in their spotlight editorial program. For Grammy week, we got invited to celebrate with Tidal. Believing in your own music should be enough, but having recognition in the industry feels really good! ✨ thanks to @itsjayelocke for making this song with me. We meet on TikTok ❤️🤣. Song is called LOVE ME. All platforms!

We love you @tidal ❤️‍🔥
Still amazed at how one simple click can start such an incredible journey. We uploaded our song to a contest with zero expectations, and being spotlighted and invited to be part of the TIDAL Super Club made us feel truly valued and more motivated than ever.

Thank you for empowering independent artists, believing in our music, and creating such an inspiring community - from the love, to the recognition, to the real support that helps us keep creating, to an unforgettable night we’ll never forget ✨

P.S. A big shout-out to our dear friend @_adrian88 for pointing us in the right direction and letting us know about this opportunity. We wouldn’t be here without you 🫶
