What is happiness?
It’s grounding. It’s self-care. It’s showing up for your people and letting them show up for you.
Today I celebrated a beautiful friend at the stunning Peninsula Hot Springs—surrounded by nature, connection, and love.

And it made me wonder… why do we wait for birthdays or milestones to carve out these moments?
Let’s stop waiting. Let’s schedule in more celebration, more presence, more soaking it all in—just because.

More of this, please.
Love you. 💛

Did you know Human Design is like your personal blueprint—a guide to understanding how and why you do things the way you do?
I’ve recently discovered that I’m a Manifesting Generator, and it’s been a game-changer for how I approach life and my business. Learning about my design has helped me let go of the judgments I’ve carried for so long and instead embrace the way I naturally flow. I’m finding more ease, alignment, and joy in everything I do.

If you’re curious about Human Design, I can’t recommend @ninagreenhough enough—she’s incredible!

Whenever I see a person running workshop trainings and certifications, I smile 😊.

It takes lots of courage and bravery to actually do the thing.

I speak to lots of people who want so badly to run workshops and lead circles and ceremonies.

They never end up doing it.

Mainly because they don't know where to start.

I know this to be true, because this was me and at times still is.

Learning and Teaching Angelic Reiki taught me to step into my truth and incorporate it in my life.

Once I got really honest with myself and how I wanted to show up as my service for love, everything became clearer.

I originally had no idea why I went to this course over 4 years ago and how healing it would be for me, my daughter's and the men and women that it's helped along the way.

It reminds me that even when things seem unclear, clarity will find it's way.

I like sharing these words. I hope it helps or resonates with you in some way

My latest learning and growth passage is that I'm learning how to offer this service for love without being "salesy" and have faith that even by sharing it, it's lifting the frequency and consciousness for healing one person at a time.

So that's what I'm going to gently do 😊

Next Angelic Reiki Level 1 & 2 Certification intake next month. I have 2 spaces left - details are on the picture.

Angelic Reiki Masters will be held in July. Level 1 & 2 is the pre-requisite for this.

Hope to see you there 🙏

Love Chels
