Repentance has been made out to be this big scary thing often driving us away from what it actually is.
Repentance is a posture or a place in which we turn ourselves towards the Lord. It’s a ‘turning’ point towards the one whose arms are wide open, saying. “I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭15‬:‭7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

There’s a real beauty in repentance where we should recognise that Mercy is granted to the one who is postured in this way.

We go through life so often holding onto “stuff” and we often try to brave it all alone. Scripture tells us of a ‘peace’-
“Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”
‭‭John‬ ‭14‬:‭27‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
Do you know that freedom is on the other side of your vulnerability. We can’t heal what we don’t know and we can’t fix what we don’t speak.

Friends there are some things you were never meant to carry and ‘hold on to’. So these repentance runs serve as a space where we invite the Holy Spirit to speak, and for us to share about some of life’s challenges. May we all recieve mercy and peace.

“For godly sorrow produces repentance leading to salvation, not to be regretted; but the sorrow of the world produces death.”
‭‭II Corinthians‬ ‭7‬:‭10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Lil fun day out with the @now.tilitsbkwds Summer Shred Challenge team
Got set up by the bro @itzpitabread and was told to tag along only to help supervise a station as they will be short on hands…next thing you know I’m swimming and running the dunes with the challengers 🤦🏾‍♂️ so wasn’t able to get any footage on the actual work outs lol but was still a beautiful morning well spent with an amazing team 🙌🏾

Bethells dunes broke us, built us, and bonded us. Not one person was left behind🤝🏽

We moved as one. We suffered as one. And the Holy Spirit met us on those dunes with strength, unity, and power that only God can give. Every step reminded us that when we come to the end of ourselves, God begins to show His greatness.

The body must be tested. The flesh must be crucified. Renewal must take place. What happened out there wasn’t just physical effort. It was spiritual surrender. God was refining us, shaping us, and reminding us that growth comes through pressure, perseverance, and trust.

This is only halfway through our challenge, and already a testimony that through Christ, anything is possible.
If He carried us through the sand, He will carry you through your season. If He strengthened our bodies, He will strengthen your faith. If He united our team, He will bring healing, purpose, and restoration to you.

Romans 12:6–8 reminds us that God has placed unique gifts in each of us, and when we bring those gifts together with faith and humility, we become a powerful body moving as one. That is what we witnessed today.

Keep fighting. Keep believing. Keep trusting.
God is not done. The best is still ahead.
TILL ITS BACKWARDS✝️⚔️

First time hitting the pinnacles and boy was that fun, man of nature really came out to play today 🫡 forgot to track the first KM so just didn’t bother tracking at all lol…plan was to complete 500 push ups before reaching the top but was only able to complete 350 😅 wasn’t planning on running at all either but after a lil encouragement and some bets placed…off we were racing to the bottom (hence why I got no footage of us making our way back down 😅)
