A little reminder that Pilates can be strong, challenging and seriously rewarding. 🤎 I love programming sequences that bring together strength, control and precision using the reformer, resistance bands and a little creativity. The aim isn’t to rush through the movement. It’s to make every rep count. Small movements. Serious work. 📍 Be Reformed, Felbridge (Hope you’re all surviving the storm this weekend ☔️ I know I’d like to hibernate at the studio) ☁️ #ReformerPilates #PilatesInstructor #PilatesStrength #SurreyPilates #BeReformedPilates
