✨🇨🇭Memories from Prix De Lausanne Summer Intensive🇨🇭✨

A week of great training, thoughtful coaching, and good company.

The Prix de Lausanne Summer Intensive brought together outstanding ballet and contemporary teachers, dancers from all over the world, and an environment that made it easy to stay curious, keep working, and enjoy the process. I’m leaving with plenty to think about, new friendships, and a lot of appreciation for everyone who made it such a rewarding experience.

Thank you to the faculty @southlandballetacademy for the preparation that made this summer so valuable. Special thanks to the irreplaceable Ms. Salwa, for her unwavering kindness and expertise, Ms. Megan for her unmatched attention to details, and Ms. Jade for her endless patience.

Finally, congratulations to @ninaros_dance , @ballerina_megan_ , and @hana.takahashi_ballet on getting preselected! Can’t wait to watch you dance in February! 🎉

Paris Opera SI’26❤️🇫🇷

Two unforgettable weeks at the Paris Opera Summer School. 🇫🇷✨

My second time here and I loved every second. These two weeks pushed me to grow, learn, and discover new sides of myself as a dancer. It wasn’t just about the beautiful moments, but also about the hard work, sweat, and the challenges that came along the way.

I’m so grateful for this opportunity. 🥹✨

I’m leaving with unforgettable memories, new friendships, and even more motivation to keep working hard. Thank you to everyone who made these two weeks so special. ❤️
