Happy 54th birthday Ni. I am your senior by 15 days. We have been each others biggest fan, critic, supporter and dearest sisters since birth. We have shared our greatest creations (our kids)and been together in our worst moments. We have laughed and cried but most of all we can always depend on each other. We will forever be by each other’s side for whatever else gets tossed our way. Love you Butts Breath and you may have had more hair than me at birth, but I was cuter Wishing you the most wonderful day. Love forever 💋🩷🎂Charlie .

Today is World Cancer Day🎗️🩷
A day to honor the fighters, the survivors, and the ones we have lost too soon. Cancer touches so many lives, and while today is a reminder, the fight continues every day.

At @rm_kandy Jewelry, giving back is at the heart of what we do. The Hope Bracelet, created in collaboration with @pinkinthecitycanada , is more than just a piece of jewelry💎it’s a symbol of strength, resilience, and hope. With every purchase, a portion of proceeds goes toward breast cancer research and support, not just today, but all year long💞🎗️💎

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, this is a chance to gift with meaning💝to someone you love, to yourself, or in honor of someone who has fought this battle. Because jewelry should tell a story, and this one carries hope.

✨ Join us in making a difference. Shop the Hope Bracelet and support cancer all year long🎗️

If you want to see just how far you’ve come look back at where you started and find the people who started with you. Their growth is the best evidence of your success!

In 2010 I left teaching to pursue a career in coaching women through personal transformation.

It started with a fitness business that evolved into life coaching. Then I added in leadership and business mentorship, and this year a coffee company was born.

For me the progression makes sense and moves me toward the ultimate goal I’ve always had of empowering women.

When I launched The Uncommon Woman in 2016 I was still very deep in my own healing journey.

Women saw themselves in my story, and I in theirs. We healed and grew together.

Eight years later my vision has grown and my ability to lead women through their own healing and transformation has expanded and evolved.

And, the women I have walked beside have grown and evolved with me. Together we have risen up and become better leaders, advocates, partners, friends, and business owners.

It’s a dream for me to remain close to the women whose lives have intertwined with mine over the past 14 years. Their continued support in my own evolution and growth is one of the greatest gifts I’ve ever received.

@ninaruberto has been with me every step of this journey. We met at my gym in 2013 when she was on her own healing journey.

Nina has been it all - a client, an advocate for my work, a speaker and participant at my events, and most importantly a Sister and Friend.

Her presence and support at The Breastie B & W Gallery in November was such an honour and a full circle moment for us both.

We have come so far - and yet we are the same women in so many ways.

There are so many women like Nina in my community who have been with me on this journey, whether it’s been since my gym or since the launch of The Uncommon Woman.

I’m so grateful for each of you! I wish I could hold each of your hands and tell you how much your love, determination, and desire to rise up inspires me.

Together we are better!

Here’s to more of US in 2025!

@thegoddessroommtl what an incredible event that you held alongside your 4 panelists!
I was emotional from the first word and throughout the entire event as so much of the content that was shared I can relate to. I am so grateful that I attended and it’s so important for women to be genuine and continue to support one another. @teresainmtl @thegoddessroommtl thank you for being you and know that you will always have my support.
