ouston amigas… your Halloween morning plans just got better. 👻👟🎃

And no, you don’t have to be a “runner girl” to come.

No pace to keep up with.
No pressure to perform.
No worrying about showing up alone.

Just women getting outside, moving our bodies, getting our steps in, and starting Halloween surrounded by good energy. 💗

Because sometimes taking care of yourself looks less like a workout…

…and more like putting on your sneakers, meeting a new amiga, laughing through 5K, and realizing you just found a community you want to keep showing up for.

That’s what Ghouls on the Go is all about. 👻

📅 Saturday, October 31
⏰ 8:00 AM
📍 Memorial Park — Clay Family Eastern Glades
👟 5K Community Walk
💕 ALL walking levels welcome

Come solo. Bring your amiga. Bring the whole girl crew.

And if you’re feeling festive… we definitely want to see a little Halloween flair in that walking fit. 🎃✨

One thing we can promise?

You won’t be walking alone. 💗

Grab your sneakers + send this to the amiga you want walking next to you. 👟

👇 Comment “GHOULS” and we’ll send you the details or click link on bio to RSVP.

🏠💜 Home should be your safe place, not a place of fear.
You deserve peace, respect, and safety behind closed doors. No one should have to live in fear in their own home.

At @youhaveapurposefoundation we believe every survivor deserves a chance to feel safe again. You are not alone. 💜

💜TOGETHER, WE MADE AN IMPACT OF OVER $80,000!
✨ One night. One mission. 13 lives forever impacted.

What an unforgettable evening! Our Casino Royale: Bet on Her was more than a celebration. It was a beautiful reminder of what happens when a community comes together with love, generosity, and purpose.

Because of YOU, we proudly awarded 13 scholarships to women survivors of domestic violence, made possible through our incredible educational partners, @btc.institute.tx and @texastechtrade 🎓❤️ These scholarships represent more than education. They represent independence, opportunity, hope, and the chance for a new beginning.

From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to our amazing board members, volunteers, donors, community partners, sponsors, in-kind sponsors, spirit sponsors, and every single person who believed in our mission. YOU helped make this possible.

A special thank you to our Presenting Sponsor, @abogadodomingo , our radio partner @mega101fm , @momentumbmw.houston for generously hosting our event, @elmuelleseafood.htx for sponsoring our delicious food, and the @hawctalk for helping us reach the women who need these opportunities.

And a heartfelt thank you to @nicole_creations_houston who brought our Casino Royale vision to life with her beautiful decorations. Yoconda is also a survivor, and her story of strength and resilience is a powerful reminder of WHY we do what we do. 💜
We would also like to thank and spotlight our Event Coordinator and board member @itschakasworld with @indigoeventmarketing and our spirit sponsors @doscuernostequila @onehandedbartender @jaguarwines @coam_beverage

We didn’t just host an event. We built bridges to brighter futures, opened doors to new opportunities, and reminded women that they are not alone.

This is the heart of @youhaveapurposefoundation

Together, we’re not just changing lives. We’re helping rebuild them and this is only the beginning! ✨

🎥 Here’s a glimpse of a night we will never forget. @bacproductionsllc

Spent an evening betting on her with my @youhaveapurposefoundation squad and more than 100 of our friends and supporters at the Bet On Her: Casino Royale fundraiser. Between the blackjack tables, cocktails, and bites from @elmuelleseafood.htx, we were on a mission to make sure domestic violence survivors know that their options are not limited and that they have a community that wants to support them. This first year’s sponsors allowed YHAP to provide 13 career scholarships to @texastechtrade and @btc.institute.tx to women who have finally left a terrible situation so they can have a better chance at paving their new path ahead.

Sometimes all you need to find a little courage is to know is that you have people in your corner. That’s what YHAP is. Thank you to each and every sponsor and friend. We can’t wait to do it again.

Thank you presenting sponsor @abogadodomingo, venue sponsor @momentumbmw.houston, food sponsor @elmuelleseafood.htx, decor sponsor @nicole_creations_houston, and all our many beverage, auction, raffle, and event sponsors. 💜

We were truly honored to welcome @carolfortexas
to our 5th Anniversary Poder Hispano Festival, where she presented us with a proclamation recognizing Poder Hispano!

This moment means so much because it represents more than five years of hard work. It represents a community that has come together, believed in the vision, and helped bring Poder Hispano to life.

From our community members and small businesses to our artists, volunteers, and community partners, we have built Poder Hispano TOGETHER. Every connection, every partnership, and every person who has supported this mission has helped us grow into what we are today.

This proclamation reminds us that the work we do to celebrate our culture, preserve our heritage, and bring our community together matters.

This recognition belongs to ALL OF US. 🎉
**Our founder apologizes for the passionate cuss word… but when the vibe is vibing, and the passion is real, sometimes the filter disappears!!!

I still remember our first board meeting, every person in the room shared their why. Each one was personal and each one was powerful. I left that day ready to roll up my sleeves and bring every resource I had.

Last Thursday, we held our first, Bet on Her: Casino Royale for Change fundraiser. I watched a room full of people show up for survivors of domestic violence, and I felt the impact of everything this board has built.

@youhaveapurposefoundation partnership brings that support beyond one night. Working with @hawctalk , @texastechtrade is opening scholarship pathways for women survivors to train in careers that pay well and support a family.

This cause is personal to me. I’m a woman building her career from the ground up in an industry that wasn’t built with us in mind. I want every woman to know this path is for her too. Safety is the first step, and a career she owns is what keeps her free.

Thank you, @jusnunuslife, for seeing something in me. Thank you, @cindyburbanotv, for trusting me. Thank you to our board, sponsors, volunteers, and my friends, and everyone who chose to bet on her!

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. If you or someone you love needs support, reach out to the Houston Area Women’s Center.💜

I only see my goals 🙌🏼
Still in awe of this night.
“Bet on Her” 💜

Thank you to everyone God sends our way to make us even stronger. What started as an idea became something we built together.

Together, we can bring awareness to domestic violence and help survivors feel seen, heard, and supported.

Big shout out to our sponsors 🫶🏼
There are so many that I will have to do a separate post just for them.

Always remembering the why. 💜
