POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

As the video says, pull out your calendar, add these dates, and join us for the Arizona Personal Excellence Hike Ruck Club. These hikes are for all fitness levels, so bring your family, friends, and coworkers.

We will be hosting two hiking events:

The first is on October 17th at 7:00 AM at the North Mountain Visitor Center (meet near the trash bins). There are on-site bathrooms.

The second is on October 24th at 5:30 AM at the Victory Steps at Verrado (meet in the north parking lot). Use the restroom on your way in.

These are two excellent ways to join the community and aggressively attack the step challenge that we are doing inside our Skool community, with two different raffles for over 250,000 steps and over 310,000 steps. Download the Skool app and join our community:

This is my quarter three transformation, down a total of 17 pounds, by focusing on the core four items that we prioritize inside the 1st Phorm app.

Nutrition
Water
Steps
Activity

What would you give to release 15-20 lbs in 8 weeks?

That is 56 days of doing the work, showing up for yourself. With many of the transformation winners hitting all four of the items 44-47 days of the 56.

So that means that this next quarter transformation is doable; you can account for a few holidays in that period and still be extremely successful.

Let's jump on a call and chat about your goals for this next quarter.
