Margaret posed a question a few weeks ago and it popped in my head these past few days.

Are you still working on your word of the year?
I'm paraphrasing, but the sentiment is the same.

For me, the answer is yes, but not as heavily as I was a few months ago. As life presents more opportunities, I find myself in consideration.

There are many things to think over and lessons to learn this week.

It's officially too hot for hair, but never too hot for strong, hot coffee season 😎

#Spiritualhealingyogdance
💃🏼✨️

I made a grave error last night and had to deal with the consequences this morning.

3 hours after getting up, my coffee is finally hot enough to drink.

Cheers 😘☕️✨️

Note to self:
Maybe don't take out the braids immediately after cardio, especially when hair is still wet.
🫣😂🤷‍♀️

The preworkout hit hard and I decided it was a perfect day for dance 💃🏼

In other news, I think the Olia turned out beautifully. I have guys in the back trimming trees, so we'll have to wait for hair pics. In the meantime, a little stillness.

This week is going to be incredible.

Cheers.
