If we could bottle a day… it would look like this🗽

The conversations. The laughs. The new connections. The people who made the room what it was.

Tag someone you see 👀

And now we need to know…what city should we take Avida to next?🗺️✨

Save this Ab workout before summer comes!! 🔥💪

POV: you walk into RPT and these are the coaches 😍🔥

POV: you said you wanted abs for summer… so you save this ab circuit just in time✨🔥

This combo targets more than just your “upper abs” — we’re training the entire core through stability, control, and time under tension.

Translation?
Your abs are going to be shaking by round 2 😂

Try 3 rounds:
- crunches 3x15
- russian twists 3x20
- leg raises 3x15
- toe taps 3x20
✔️ Focus on form over speed

Tag someone who’s doing this with you 👇

For so long, strength was labeled as masculine. But there’s nothing unfeminine about discipline, resilience, confidence, or taking up space. I’ve learned that building a strong body didn’t make me lose my femininity — it made me embody it even more.

Being feminine and being powerful were never opposites. 🤍

Your body starts changing faster than you think after 30.
Less muscle. Lower bone density. Slower metabolism.

And no — endless cardio alone isn’t the answer. 👀

Strength training isn’t just about aesthetics. It’s one of the most important things you can do for your long-term health, mobility, energy, and independence as you age.

The goal isn’t to be “skinny.”
The goal is to be strong enough to support your body for LIFE. 🖤

Lift the weights.
Build the muscle.
Protect the bones.
Future you will thank you.

Drop a 🏋️‍♀️ if you’re choosing strength this year.

I used to think and hear this ALL THE TIME that weights would make women big and bulky like a man 👀

So I avoided them and listened 🙈 AND stayed skinny soft with no shape!

One of the BIGGEST myths I see women believe is that lifting makes them bulky 💩

What changed everything for me?
STRENGTH TRAINING - it built my curves, built my confidence and “toned” up my soft parts I once hated!

Weights SHAPE the body cardio can’t 💡

Comment or DM me “COACH” if you’re tired of guessing and want to finally lose fat, build muscle and feel confident with a plan that actually works 🩷💪🏽
