POV: You’re eating leftover lechon kawali from Pinoy Fusion at Martin , but apparently leftovers need a supporting cast. 😂🐷

So I cooked sunny-side-up eggs, corned beef ala Pinoy style, and fried rice. What started as “let’s finish the leftovers” became a breakfast buffet. Ako lang ang customer! 🍳🍚🤣

Lechon kawali? 10/10!

Ika nga ni @ninongry : “The Furpek Bayt!” 🤌

We don’t waste food in this house. We just cook three more dishes to help finish it.

Diskarte! 😂

Every creative journey starts with a simple aspiration, transforming quiet moments into a rich tapestry of memories. Carrying a head full of dreams—including the ultimate goal of hosting a mukbang—leads naturally to filming every delicious detail, capturing plates of pasta, refreshing drinks, and sweet pastries while archiving everything adored. Piles of unshared video clips often accumulate into an overwhelming archive, reminding us that capturing life's beauty is only half the joy. Sharing those moments with the world breathes life into our experiences, turning ordinary meals and everyday food diaries into a vibrant celebration of existence.

Translating personal passions into active storytelling involves a few mindful practices:

🌿 Honor Your Ambitions: Acknowledge every single aspiration you hold, no matter how playful or big it might seem.

✨ Capture the Everyday: Document your meals, drinks, and favorite routines because they build the foundation of your personal archive.

🛡️ Release Perfectionism: Stop letting footage sit in storage; embrace the beauty of sharing your true life memories publicly.

🙏 Celebrate Small Joys: Find gratitude in the simple act of enjoying food, creating content, and building a meaningful story.

Breathe out hesitation, open up your camera roll, and start sharing the beautiful moments you've saved.

Daily Mission
Your Daily Mission: Today, pick one favorite video or photo from your camera roll archive that you've been hesitant to share and post it proudly. Drop a 🤍 in the comments and type "Time to start posting my memories again! ✨🍹" if you're clearing out your camera roll too! Let's inspire each other globally together! 🚀

13 years ago today, I opened my first Filipino/Negrense restaurant in the Philippines. Coming from a small town, Bacolod, I had zero street cred in Manila. No one really wanted to join me or take that chance. Then my sister @tracie_a_d said, “I believe in you. Let’s do it together.”
13 years and here we are, still cooking delicious food.

Here are 13 photos from the last 13 years.

Happy anniversary Sarsa!
Maraming salamat team for your loyalty & hard work.
