Life isn’t meant to be taken so seriously all the time.

Yoga teaches us to find balance, not just on the mat, but in life. To know when to slow down, when to let go, and when to simply have fun.

Not everything has to be so deep. Sometimes life is just about having a good time, being present and enjoying yourself.

After all, what’s the point of doing all this inner work if we forget to enjoy the life we’re creating? 🌞

“Sometimes, what feels like a setback in the moment can lead you towards something even better in the long run.”

Nirvana most recently worked as a Junior Publicist / EA at Wired PR, supporting campaigns for leading UK and international talent, including artists and cultural figures such as Stormzy, Central Cee and Emma Grede. Prior to this, she worked as a Supervisor at Soho House, both roles helping to build her network and establish connections within the industry.
