3 weeks and 3 days to T100 🏁

Last week was supposed to be my deload week, and I was trying cleats for the first time too! But then I signed up for a triathlon last minute. I told myself, “Okay, let’s see if I can do a Sprint!” 😅

And honestly, not bad at all! Got some PBs and even finished faster than my target time. 🥹

What a week! So proud of myself for showing up, giving it a go, and seeing what I’m capable of. ✨

Tried Les Mills Shapes class, nailed the technique in some movements and loved every bit of it!

The girls complete their first brick session! Ahead of their local triathlon races, and ultimately @t100triathlon we practiced running off a hard bike session. 8-12 minutes, as it was the first brick session. Just enough to get the feeling and practice pacing. Fun morning!

5 weeks and 5 days to go 🫣

Its now getting real 🫠

And balancing training, work, family, and everything in between isn’t easy. Some days I’m pushing through a workout, some days I’m getting lost on the bike 😂, and some days my body simply says, “rest.”

To be honest, this journey is not that cool that you think but has made me discover so many things about myself, and I’m loving every bit of it. 🦋

REST by @lesmillsmiddleeast 🤍

What a wonderful morning with the ladies, definitely a morning well spent.

First, I got to meet a lovely blend of women: some familiar faces, and some new ones along the way.
I tried Les Mills Shapes for the first time, and let me tell you… definitely not the last! 🔥 That one was BURNING. @margarita.antonova , you definitely got us! 😂

Then came some coffee, breakfast, and good conversations and somewhere along the way, we even made the cutest little tote bag. ✨

Then came yoga, the perfect way to slow things down and reset. 🧘🏻‍♀️

It was also such a lovely introduction to Les Mills beyond just the workouts, getting to understand more about the community, the experiences they create, and what they’re all about.

@marc_p_downey @margarita.antonova @denisa_alexandru @carolinemayahall @nishkadavid @sarahamam and the whole team for putting together such a beautiful morning and for making us feel so welcomed. 🤍

And let me tell you something… I’m excited for what’s ahead. 👀

Events like this make me eager to learn, try new things, and step a little further outside my comfort zone.

So… let’s see where this takes me. ✨
